Worshipping God in our community for over 50 years!

What is our Mission?

Our mission is to fulfill the command of Jesus to make disciples of all nations in the following ways:

  • Gospel-centered preaching

  • God-centered worship

  • Loving one another as Christ loves us

  • Caring for our community

  • Making the invisible God visible

Who we are

  • Trinity has been a part of Southbay San Diego for over 50 years. We are a diverse and compassionate family of God that welcomes and invites the broken and needy among us into a relationship with Jesus Christ.

  • We are also a member of the Christian Reformed Church in North America, a diverse family of healthy congregations expressing the good news of God’s kingdom that transforms lives and communities worldwide.

What do we believe

  • We believe that our world belongs to God.

  • We believe that God loves people and he demonstrated this love by sending His One and only Son into the world to die for our sins.

  • We believe that God is knowable and a relationship with Him is possible through faith in Jesus as Savior. It is a gift!

  • We believe that this plan of rescue is revealed in the Word of God of the Old and New Testaments.  It is reliable, trustworthy and true.

What to expect?

We love to worship God with hymns and contemporary worship music. We value people of all ages and different backgrounds. Jesus is what unites us!

What is Reformed?

The Reformed distinctive grew out of a movement in Northern Europe in the 16th and 17th century that emphasized God’s guiding hand in history and salvation. It is the belief that God’s word is infallible and authoritative in matters of faith and life, God’s grace is a gift and cannot be earned and that Jesus was sent into the world by the Father to deliver his people from their sins.

These beliefs and others are held in the Heidelberg Catechism, Belgic Confession and the Synod of Dort which we adopt.

What do we do?

  • We worship every Sunday morning at 9:30 am.

  • We celebrate the Lord's Supper every first Sunday

  • We nurture and train our children in Children’s Church.

Come serve and grow with us!
